Evergreen Sauvignon Blanc 2021

The 2021 Jaine Evergreen Sauvignon Blanc shows pale yellow with silver undertones in the glass. Aromas of lemon grass, pineapple and thyme are enhanced by plenty of freshness and purity of fruit. Bright citrus and mineral flavors, while delicate on the palate, showcasing floral notes and steely tension. Finish is medium in length with mouthwatering acidity.
