Feral 2021

This wine opens with subtle notes of citrus and tropical fruit. The mouthfeel has excellent length, the flavor is quite zesty, with hints of candied lemon and grapefruit. We once again used a small amount of concrete in the fermentation process to add to the balanced acidity and structure of this wine. Enjoy with your favorite seafoods on any day!
